Mission Statement
Upon completion of high school, the student will have developed an observational, cognitive and physical skill level in a variety of sports to feel confident in their participation at a recreational level. The student will also have an understanding of the components of physical fitness and how to attain good health and fitness.

Teachers

Courses

  • Freshman (required) - 9 weeks of Gym, 9 weeks of Health
    (Nutrition graduation requirement)
  • Sophomore (required) - 9 weeks of Gym, 9 weeks of Fitness
    (Fitness graduation requirement)
  • Junior/Senior(optional) - 18 weeks of student-selected sports
  • Wellness (optional) - Students learn about total well being
