Tolland Transition Academy
The Tolland Transition Academy (TTA) is a specialized secondary program within Tolland Public Schools designed to support students ages 18–22 with a wide range of disabilities. Our program provides individualized instruction and services to help students strengthen their independent living skills, employability skills, and readiness for postsecondary education or training.
Our mission is to deliver high‑quality transition services that empower each student to build the skills, self‑knowledge, and confidence needed for a successful transition into adult life. We focus on helping students understand their preferences and interests, develop strong self‑determination and self‑advocacy skills, and achieve their unique postsecondary goals.
