The Information Technology staff maintains a technical support helpdesk.  The system is intended to provide a convenient method for users to report hardware and software problems and an effective method for the tech staff to schedule and synchronize its efforts.

If you have a technical question or a problem with any district-supplied computer, peripheral, or software system which you, your department chair or grade leader can't solve, use the "HelpDesk" icon on your desktop to create a helpdesk ticket.  Please do not allow students to "fix" school computers.
