APPLICATION PROCESS
We use an on-line employment application service, Applitrack, to post openings and to collect employment applications. To apply for a position you must electronically submit a complete employment application online, along with all other required documents. Before you submit an application, please review the information below; then click the "Apply Now" button to access Tolland Public School's Applitrack site.
- Remember to include all materials requested, including a cover letter, resume and transcripts or licenses, as applicable. These items should be scanned and uploaded to your application. Please contact Human Resources if an accommodation to apply is needed.
- Submit your application only once. After the application has been loaded, you may indicate interest in other positions by linking your application to each position.
- The on-line system allows you to revisit your application to update information and attachments as often as necessary. Therefore, once you set up an Applitrack account, you should keep your login ID and password. (If you have forgotten it, there is an electronic link to request it be sent to you.) Applications will be kept for two years after you have last updated the file.
- As long as you have completed an online application, rest assured we have your information and will follow up with you if we'd like to invite you for an interview.
- Once you have received an offer of employment, fingerprints and DCF information must be submitted for a national background check. Additional information regarding these requirements is available here.
